Manufacturing process 

1.Treatment of raw materials

Select carefully organic soybean and wheat.  Pickle soybean shortly and cook with pressurized steam. Roast wheat and smash.

2.Making of malt

Mix the above and pure seed malt. 

3.Preparation

Mix the above (2) and stably frozen water with salt of density previously adjusted. Put it into the tank.  

4.Fermantation and conditioning

Add lactic bacteria and yeast. Controlling carefully and properly the temperture, churn enouch.

5.Compression and filtration

Press and filter.  This is "raw Soy sauce".

6.Heating

Heat enough to annihilate all bacterias. Also this helps make Soy sauce with original color, savoriness and flavour.

7.Filtration

After leaving several days as it is, filter dregs to be authentically-brewed Soy sauce.

8.Quality control

Inspect the quality based upon analysis of organoleptic test and component value.

9.Packing

Put into plastic bottle and cap tightly.

10.Delivery

Label and pack into the carton, and delivery.
