Wasabi Nutritional Value
Measure of the nutritional value of wasabi can be based upon its nutrient content.
Nutrients in wasabi include vitamins and minerals. Vitamins such as vitamin A, B6
and C are included in the wasabi nutrient count. Additional vitamins in wasabi are
thiamine, niacin and riboflavin. Mineral constituents in wasabi are calcium, zinc,
calcium, iron, magnesium and potassium. Fiber, anti-oxidants and proteins are
other wasabi constituents.
